Round 1: 21st April – Clay Pigeon, Dorset

Jayden kicked off the championship with an outstanding performance, finishing in the top three in all three heats and clinching victory in the final. This strong start positioned him as the championship leader, demonstrating his competitiveness right from the outset. Following a lot of hard work by Jayden and Coles Racing, it was an amazing start to the season.

“I would like to extend a huge thank you to Harwood Building Control for their support throughout the season so far,” expressed Jayden, acknowledging the backing that has helped to fuel his passion.”

Round 2: Forest Edge, Winchester – 26th May

In Round 2, Jayden continued to impress with a heat win and a solid third-place finish in a challenging wet final. His ability to adapt to adverse conditions showcased his versatility and racing acumen.

Round 3: Dunkeswell Raceway, Devon – 30th June

Confidence soared as Jayden arrived at Dunkeswell, having won a club round just a month prior. He secured another heat victory and finished second in the final, earning the title of NKC Southern Cup Junior Champion. This victory solidified his status as a serious contender in the championship.

Round 4: Whilton Mill, Daventry – 18th August

The Northern round presented challenges, as Jayden faced two race incidents that forced him out of the final. Later medical evaluations revealed a broken rib, explaining his discomfort throughout the day. Despite the setback, his resilience remained evident.

Round 5: Three Sister, Wigan – 22nd September

Jayden’s struggle with his injury continued into Round 5. After only four practice laps the day before, he managed to secure another heat win but finished 13th in the final due to increasing discomfort. This round tested his determination and highlighted his commitment to racing despite adversity.

Round 6: Warden Law, Sunderland – 13th October

Entering the final round with his championship lead reduced to just seven points, Jayden faced a challenging scenario. A strong start with a heat win offered hope, but starting sixth in the final against his championship rival proved difficult.
