Project – Refurbishment and fit-out of three buildings of historical importance to create accommodation for 47 students and supporting staff with teaching facilities, textiles, graphics, fine art, photography, and a dark room on the ground floor. An additional floor was created with a mansard roof installed to create extra bedrooms, increased thermal efficiencies, triple-glazed windows, curtain walling, an internal lift, a reception area, new mechanical and electrical installation and an engaging courtyard for the students to the rear of the building.
